Comprehensive coverage details for our motorcycle rental insurance policy
This Bodily Injury Insurance Policy is designed for rental customers (drivers only) of MotoRent. It provides coverage for medical expenses incurred due to bodily injuries resulting from accidents while operating a rental vehicle.
Coverage of up to MVR 50,000 for medical expenses related to bodily injuries.
This policy covers all medical expenses not reimbursed by Aasandha at the following hospitals in Male and Hulhumale:
In the event of an accident, the customer must report the incident to the police at the earliest possible opportunity. A police report is essential for processing claims.
The customer must notify MotoRent within 24 hours of the accident. Failure to do so may result in denial of the claim.
All hospital bills must be submitted to MotoRent for claims processing. Ensure all documentation is complete and submitted promptly to avoid delays.
This insurance does not cover injuries related to pre-existing medical conditions.
Coverage is void if the rental vehicle is operated by someone other than the authorized driver.
Any injuries resulting from illegal activities or reckless driving are not covered.
Injuries not resulting from an accident while operating the rental vehicle are excluded.
This policy is only valid for the duration of the rental agreement and is subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
MotoRent reserves the right to amend this policy. Customers will be notified of any changes.
By signing the rental agreement, customers acknowledge and accept the terms of this insurance policy.
