Program Overview

MotoRent’s Rewards Program is designed to reward our loyal customers who make timely payments for their rentals. Points can be earned based on the payment timing, and these points can be redeemed for discounts and other perks. Below are the full terms and rules of the program.

Earning Points

The number of points a customer can earn is determined by when the payment for the rental is made:

• Full Points: Customers will earn full points if the payment is made within 4 hours of the rental period start time.
• Half Points: Customers will earn half points if the payment is made later than 4 hours but within 6 hours of the rental period start time.
• No Points: No points will be awarded if the payment is made more than 6 hours after the rental period start time.

Program Details

Below are the key details of the MotoRent Rewards Program:

• Eligibility: All MotoRent customers are eligible to participate in the Rewards Program.
• Redemption: Points earned can be redeemed for discounts on future rentals, access to exclusive offers, and more. Points can only be redeemed through the customer portal. Customer care will not be able to redeem points on behalf of customers.
• Expiration: Points earned will expire 12 months after they are issued if not used.
• Non-transferable: Points are non-transferable and cannot be shared or sold to another customer.
• Modification & Termination: MotoRent reserves the right to modify or terminate the Rewards Program at any time without notice. Customers will be notified of any changes or termination.

Important Notes

• Ineligible Transactions: Points will not be awarded for bookings made with discounts or through special promotional rates.
